Broken left margin in admin theme at certain breakpoints

The left margin in the admin theme gets messed up at certain breakpoints--anything between roughly 610px and 975px, with or without the toolbar expanded.

We apply absolutely zero CSS of our own, so I think this is a bug in Gin (or Navigation, not sure which). Can you file an issue against Gin for this?

Oh, maybe I should've been explicit in my reasoning for filing this (and other) issues in our queue: I know that Starshot didn't create them and probably won't be where they get fixed. But they affect Starshot, and much of our target audience wouldn't know the difference. We know the they're not in Starshot, per se, but they may not even have a category for the distinction. Since our whole goal is to pull the best of Drupal together, I figure we can file upstream issues and track them here. I imagine we'll do the same thing when we run into significant functional bugs. I'll presume to reopen this issue as a placeholder to remind us to create an upstream issue and then track it.
