The bulk operations form for the "submissions" table at /admin/structure/webform/manage/{name}/results/submissions is slightly obscured by the table:

Report upstream in Gin and/or Webform, link to the new issue(s), and add the postponed label.

I think this might not be in our jurisdiction. It should likely be fixed in Gin, or Webform itself. Can you file an issue in Gin for this?

See #106 (comment). I created this issue as a placeholder for filing and tracking just such an issue in Gin. 🙂
