How can we make insert mode persistent after the page reload

Hi everyone. I'm facing an issue using vimium and miniflux (a web rss reader that supports vim keybinding at some degree).

Bascially I want to have an abiliity to disable vimium temporarily, which can persist even the page is reloaded. This is because there are many between different feed pages when I'm using miniflux and the fact that I have to enter insert mode again and again after jump a new page frustrates me.

I wonder if anyone figured out how to make this work?
