Update Security Rules in Firebase

The database for the frontend is currently open to the internet for both read and write permissions.

We need to update these security rules to allow read access from anywhere, but write access only from *.phlask.me domains and localhost (for the test database)

Will need to do some initial research on how to do this with Firebase, if possible at all.
