Feature: Xdebug Toggler Button for DDEV IntelliJ Plugin

I appreciate your efforts with this plugin. It’s been instrumental in enhancing my development workflow. I'd like to suggest a feature addition: an Xdebug on/off switch that executes ddev xdebug toggle for us.

This toggle would streamline workflows by allowing quick shifts between high-efficiency (Xdebug off) and deep debugging (Xdebug on) modes, improving application response times when not debugging.

It may look like laziness but such a feature could significantly boost productivity and convenience for many PHP developers.
