Cant question the same database with different settings: giving me "There were duplicates, see gallery tab"

It may be a dumb problem, but everytime I try to batch the same folder with different setting (threshold, excludedt ags, ...) i get the error "There were duplicates, see gallery tab" (and "No change images" in console). Or even, it give me the files in the outpout but witout the changed parameters.
Does that mean that I should do something else for the program to understand that its just the same dataset and not duplicates ? Or is it an error that come from me ?

I found that tagging another dataset before the original one deal with this error, but the parameters seem stuck for some reason and the program always give me the same result even when I change the settings.

The duplicates notice is a stub. I intend to continue with this but I'm currently busy with other things.
