[Bug]: <title>Spinning Fan in Fan Card is not centered anymore</title>

Requirements

• I checked the troubleshooting section in the README to verify that I have the latest Mushroom version.
• I did a search to see if there is a similar issue or if a pull request is open.
• I have read the state of card mod support (in pin issues) and understand card mod support is not provided in this repository.

Current Behavior

I noticed this some time ago, but thought some one else would report it. The spinning fan blades in the Fan Card are not centered and spin lop-sided in the circle on the card. Not a big deal, but looks off on iOS devices and smaller screens. I have not looked at how CSS is used, but I suspect the icon is being sized by pixel instead of a relative measurement for sizing?

Expected Behavior

Expect fan blades to be centered like they were previously.

- Mushroom: v4.2.0

It may not be apparent because of the small size? But if you look at the Fan blades in the circle they are not centered. On my phone it is very apparent.
