4Byte alternative

Hi there,
not really an issue but seeing how more often than not 4Byte responds with a 502 status code I thought I’d just (shamelessly) advertise a project I’ve been working on called Etherface, an Ethereum Signature Database with some additional features 4Byte is missing most notably:

• Finds signatures by itself without any user input by crawling / polling GitHub, Etherscan and 4Byte
  • the architecture is quite extensible in that additional websites can be added without any hassle (if needed)
• Provides source code associated with signatures, i.e. GitHub repositories and Etherscan URLs where these signatures were scraped from

Looking at the current stats, ~1.8 million signatures have been scraped so far. The project itself is open source and I plan to provide all signatures back to 4Byte at some point. That being said, hopefully this project will be useful for some people :)
