I'm not sure how to get to my previous entry to edit it. It was a bug about Time Zones.

I had changed my time zone to Los Angeles (US Pacific), but I had failed to reset the time. After doing that, the problem was resolved.

Apparently Pisi doesn't rely on a time server yet, so these settings needed to made manually.
