Can the tag list be edited? @MelissaRat and I would be happy to work on this on the front end as moderators if that's a permission that can be given to us.

Issues:

  1. Spam tags (e.g. "casino," "jackpot")
  2. Bad tags (e.g. "test," "for," "best")
  3. No tagging convention in use, moderators can enforce some consistency over time
