Failed to list *v1.Node: Unauthorized #51

When I run draino with current yaml (https://github.com/planetlabs/draino/blob/master/manifest.yml), it fails to run with "Failed to list *v1.Node: Unauthorized" errors.

Within draino cluster role, ifI change apiGroups from [''] to ['*'], then it starts to work.

Should this be changed in the repo as well?

I am running in Kubernetes 1.15.3.
