purpose

currently we do a complicated maneuver of mounting image tar file to then do an oscap scan, but now there is an oscap-podman command. We should try using tha tinstead to simply things.

todo

  • verify oscap-podman command can work within a rootless random UID container
  • update OSCAPGeneric step implementer to use oscap-podman
