edit: first of all: I LOVE THIS THING and can't wait to use it! Some very clever design ideas in the 3D printed parts. Very nice work!

Unfortunately the DIY 3D print files have no "PLOOPY" text and, no space for the wooden veneer accent piece.
(I thought this might have been deliberate for the print-it-yourself versions, but then the kit arrived with the veneer piece included..?)

PCB does not fit into the space allowed (this could be my printer overextruding!)

I printed mine on Bambu P1S in PLA-CF (looks amazing). I can't try on Prusa as it's broken at the moment. My PCB fits fine, but I noticed another issue - when I put it together all buttons are pressed - I added 3 layers of electrical tape to space the top and bottom apart and only then the buttons started clicking fine. This could also be attributed to a different printer or a filament. Otherwise, love the trackball!

I actually like the fact that there is no place for a veneer - I love a clean look. Having two versions would be great.

Disregard my PCB-not-fitting troubles — happy to blame my printing skillz! Or filament. Yes, let's blame the filament.

I kinda love the lil veneer piece though, I'd love to include it.

I'd also love to have the actual working 3D files — you know, the "source" ;)

I just printed mine and noticed it was missing as well and kind of was disappointed

I was hopeing to find it so that I could try and invert it.

My little veneer came out so I was going to try and print a blank to slot in, just so that it is not a solid colour.
