Search 'not equals' give same result than 'equals'

I've created a dropdown list field that can be associated with a ticket.

When I try to search using equals this criteria, the result seems to be correct. But when I use the opposite the result remains the same.

Will it be fixed?

Also it will be nice if you add "contains" search option for multiple dropdown field.
