Error open .odt with word

Hello ,

I am writing to you today because I am testing the Order plugin.
Everything is going well until the moment of opening the order form.
With Word I have an error when I open the document even if the document is readable after clicking yes.
If you have an idea to remove this error, I am interested.

if you open this document using microsoft product, you will see this message due to format conversing.
you can try it with OpenOffice. hope this help you :)
