Support path hosting for ghost

Use Case

It's often far better for SEO to host ghost under a path on a main domain than its own subdomain. We should support the configuration to enable path based support and properly configure our ingress to manage that.

Ideas of Implementation

Set ghost path env-var and figure out ingress implications.

Additional Info

I think the complexity here might be the marketing sites for orgs are not going to be plural managed (ours isn't even), so figuring out how to handle that with ingresses and potentially cdns then documenting will be key.
