A little more about me, my personal and professional life so far!! |
Hi, My name is Pinak Mazumdar and I currently live in Bangalore/Bengaluru{:target="_blank"},India. The Centre of India's high-tech industry and widely regarded as the Silicon Valley of India.
Apart from the tech side, this city also has a lot of historical importance which dates back to around 890 AD. There are a lot of important and magnificent tourist destinations as well around the city. Apart from my day job of being a cloud and devops professional , my interests involve travelling cycling photography playing with arduino and sometimes cooking . My love for travel, food and work have taken me to different places around the world.
Over the years I have worked on multiple projects accross different domains( BFS,Insurance,Media and Telecom ) in different roles starting from middleware administration to automation. I enjoy writing reusable software tools and code for middleware infrastructure automation, devops tools etc. Below is a brief timeline of my career so far and some pieces of work and associated technologies I have worked with.
Working as a DevOps Architect for product infrastructure planning, devising highly-available system topologies and architectures, devising advisories, writing technical documentations and an individual contributor for developing solutions for extending cloud native projects.
Worked as a Senior DevOps Consultant for product infrastructure planning, devising highly-available system topologies and architectures, devising advisories,writing technical documentations and an individual contributor for developing solutions for extending cloud native projects.
Worked as a Software Engineer responsible for providing post-sales consultancy and solutions to thecustomer base while serving as an advocate for their needs.Investigation, troubleshooting and working on test cases along with BDE's and other software devlopment engineers.
Worked as an Oracle Fusion Middleware Engineer and responsible for building and deploying an infrastrcuture in Cloud for an existing publishing house. Experienced on Fusion Middleware Stacks such as Oracle SOA suite and WebCenter Content.
Worked as Middleware and Build Engineer for a credit card acquisition platform while developing new age services and interfaces to integrate with TPA.
