Allow for path in tsserver_plugins

Using NixOs , usually things are not installed globally ,

Currently since a path cant be provided there is no way for NixOs users to use tsserver_plugins

Instead of string[] it could be sting|table [] with name and path as an optional .

Would be very cool. We can use plugins without installing them per project.
