Method “StartUpload” does not exist

My objective is to upload the large files in SharePoint 2013 by using CSOM application.

I am trying to upload the large file in a chunks by referring the available solution and details in this GitHub project.

But unfortunately when code reaches to this line ctx.ExecuteQuery(); it is throwing error message like

Method "StartUpload" does not exist.
