False result on Column "HasTeamsTeam"

Expected or Desired Behavior

Running SharePoint Modernization Scanner 2.19 with all the permissions require including Groups.Read.All. I should get a correct result for all sites "HasTeamsTeam" with false or true

Observed Behavior

Ran SharePoint Modernization Scanner 2.19 with all the permissions require including Groups.Read.All. However, In my Modernization site scan results, the sites reported False under HasTeamsTeam. I have manually checked and these sites are associated with Teams.

Steps to Reproduce

Ran SharePoint Modernization Scanner 2.19, using Azure AD app Only, with all permissions required. Using full scan. check ModernizationSiteScanResults.csv

The version of the SharePointPnP.Modernization.Framework.dll - 1.0.2012.0
