FilePicker - While clicking on the radio button in the Image Upload using Site Option, Green Tick Selection Icon is not showing for the First Click.

Expected / Desired Behavior

After clicking "Pick a File" option from webpart properties, When we select a image file from Site option by clicking on the corresponding radio button, Green tick icon should display in the first click itself before clicking Open Button.
Currently item is selecting only after clicking on image icon/file name.
Also File Upload Functionality should work as expected.

Observed Behavior

After clicking "Pick a File" option from webpart properties, When we select a image file from Site option by clicking on the corresponding radio button, Green tick icon is not displaying for the first click.
It is displaying only after second click. A minor UI issue is happening.
Rest of the functionalities works as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any custom webpart where Pick a file Option is available separately in the webpart properties where FilePicker is used.
2. Then click on the edit icon in the webpart after adding the webpart in a new page
3. Click on "Pick a File" option and navigate to site options in the Image Uploader popup
4. Try to click the radio button of an item to select the item and upload it.
5. Observe that radio button is not selecting for the first click. When we click the same radio button again, it works fine.

Note : Upload function is working as expected. We need to just show the green tick icon in the first click itself, It is just an UI issue.
