FR: verify user server role prior to POAP distribution

Hi maintainers! I'd like to add a feature to the @POAP-bot. My use case is that I want to distribute POAP claim URLs to users of a Discord server but only users with a particular role should be able to claim the POAP.

The POAP will be claimable throughout all of 2021 so I want to share the "secret password" for the event broadly. However, I want the to incentivize members of the Discord server to earn the server role in order to claim the POAP.

This seems feasible because the POAP-bot gets added to a particular server so I'm expecting that it will be able to view a user's roles but I'll confirm.
