Ideally, this should be like the Features for other plugins:

Catchy Title/Short Description of the Feature
Description that includes links to Docs
Static Image to reference the Feature
Animated Gif to show-off the feature
Icon?
Feature Taxonomy or at least priority order

These would also need to be highlighted in the readme on WordPress.org
