Objective

Identify, fix and cleanup all TODOs needed for Beta TestNet.

This comment from @red-0ne in #708 raised some missing TODOs missing in the code:

Goals

• Tackle all TODOs needed for Beta TestNet
• Cleanup the codebase in terms of TODOs
• Identify lingering or unknown issues

Deliverables

• Search for all of the following: TODO_BLOCKER, TODO_MAINNET, TODO_UPNEXT, TODO_FOLLOWUP, TODO_BETA
• Create tickets for every team member (similar to [TODO] @Olshansk's (and now @Bryan's) Blocker TODOs #584)

Non-goals / Non-deliverables

• Fixing the actual technical issues
