Better documentation

Hey I couldn't get it to work even following your instructions the closest I could. I see it's been a long time since the last commit, is this project dead or it just lacking better documentation?

The middleman docs already teaches a rather verbose way of using bower with middleman here. Is that the preferred way now? Is this gem just a wrapper around the ideas inside the middleman docs?

Please forgive me the ignorance, here is a beginner.
