Specific applet that this is regarding (if applicable):
cosmic-applet-audio

Issue/Bug description:
Audio applet shows thumbnail for video files played in browser but it doesn't produce any thumbnail for local video or audio files with album art

Expected behavior:
Thumbnail should be displayed for local video & audio files with album art
