[Feature Request] Add Stay Awake option to battery applet

Issue/Bug description:
Add a Stay Awake switch to the Cosmic Battery Applet, similar to the GNOME Caffeine extension. This feature would allow users to toggle system sleep prevention directly from the battery applet. It can be useful for tasks like downloading large files or any activity that requires the system to remain awake.

Other notes:
Move the Increase battery lifespan switch to the battery settings, as most users are unlikely to use it daily.

I like the Increase battery lifespan being where it is in quick settings. It makes it easy to access if I want to turn that off and add more juice before goings somewhere.
