[Bug] COSMIC apps sometimes show menus incorrectly when right clicking on the titlebar

COSMIC apps show vague pixel weirdness when right clicking on the titlebar.

steps to replicate

• open a COSMIC app, try right clicking the titlebar.
• open another app next to it in tiling mode, then move cursor to it and then right click the titlebar.
• worked aswell without being in tiling mode.

affected applications

COSMIC text, COSMIC terminal, COSMIC store.
