Code minimap as a scrollbar

A code minimap combines scrolling, global code preview, and is easier to navigate by increasing the clickable area for the mouse.

Many good editors do so, such as KDE Kate, Sublime Text and more.

This is not a high priority feature, but it would be very nice in the future to have the option to choose between classic scrollbar or minimap in the options.
