Okay I just installed Cosmic alpha 1, and the first thing I tried to make sure is that my Local language, Bangla could be added in the input method..
I use Open Bangla Keyboard, https://github.com/OpenBangla/OpenBangla-Keyboard
And another alternative that I use is ibus-Avro, https://github.com/sarim/ibus-avro
None Of these two methods work.. They doesn't show up in keyboard input method.
The worked perfectly fine on gnome, from which I just switched.
Hope the dev can look into it..
I don't know where to put Alpha bug reports, so here we go..
Thanks for the awesome desktop.

I'm not familiar with OpenBangla, but Ibus currently doesn't work on cosmic-comp, since cosmic-comp currently only provides the input-method-v2 protocol, while ibus uses input-method-v1 (ibus/ibus#2256).

fcitx5 should work, but input method support on cosmic-comp (and the Wayland ecosystem in general) definitely could use more work.

Okay.. Ibus is the reason... Both the keyboard uses ibus...
