Operation not permitted

I'm not sure if this Is a issue with the pop launcher or with the cosmic-launcher, but if I try to execute cosmic-launcher, I get the following Error:"Error cosmic_launcher::supscription::launcher > pop-launcher failed to start: Permission denied (os error 13)" But even I checked the permissions and everything under ~/.local/share/pop-launcher has the permissions execute, write and read
