The current mp3 file is about 5MB, which means we couldn't include the file in an R package if we wanted to (we still might not want to).

I propose we replace the current example file with something smaller. Using Librivox, I found an interesting sample: https://archive.org/download/cbc039-magic_2406_librivox/cbc039_05_various_64kb.mp3 (source collection) that's ~400KB.
