I have created a UDP tunnel for the NTP timing that the Apple TV uses, as well as a TCP tunnel for the event channel and the data channel that use the new ports every time. The client starts sending the actual video/audio packets to the data channel, but for some reason the server Apple TV refutes any packets sent to the data channel as it just closes the connection immediately.
Is this something anyone else has experienced?
Is this also the reason why the proxy doesn't go any further than just reading the initial setup stage of the airplay protocol?

I have not had any interest in getting any real streaming working, so that is not implemented at all in the proxy. If someone wants to try to implement it, feel free to do so. But I suspect there will be performance and/or latency issues along the way.
What do you need help with?
