[BUG]: 从本地恢复备份之后快捷键未生效 #983

Description

如题，如果在一台计算机上设置了快捷键，导出备份，在第二台电脑上恢复之后，快捷键虽然显示是之前的但是并未自动注册，需要手动点击之后才会注册成功。
