Must set "ID" field for section navigation "root" pages

Due to a limitation in the API for the cms menus, if you want to specify a "root" page for a Section Navigation Menu, you must set the "ID" field for that page (in the "Advanced" fieldset on the page settings form). It does not matter what id you give the page, just that pages that will serve as "roots" for section navigation have a unique id.
