Allow edit buttons to point directly to a given tab of the writing room

For some of the more extensive custom types it would be very useful to point a given edit button directly to a particular tab.

I tried adding ?section=Tabname and /?section=Tabname to the edit button URL but this didn't work as expected. I imagine a server-side change would be necessary at Prismic as well as a change in the toolbar library.

This issue will be closed once we merge the next release, glr/preview-predict. The edit button is entirely reimplemented.
