Until January 2024, we ran pre-periods for multiple experiment arms: a period of time to allow Chrome to accurately size and select statistically unbiased groups.

Was the Mode B cohort fixed during the pre-period? Or is there an ongoing process to maintain 1% of Stable labeled with Mode B?
