Close 3DS Modal

Base on https://docs.processout.com/docs/authorizing-a-payment, using that into a web client will open an modal. How can I close that modal? We are using that into an SPA app and user can abort the submitting on the form by using the back button on the browser?

Also we have a timer in that page and the page can expire while that iFrame modal is still open.

Looking inside the library I could not find that.
