The Data and Information folder has all data collected for the Substance Abuse Management Modeling Initiative (SAMMI).
The SAMMI models are located in the SAMMI Models folders. The folder contains matrices that show the probability of transitioning from one stage to another, as according to the transition model There are different matrices, based on the application of different interventions, and the R code is provided accordingly.
