get sure that it is working even without old mumble clients:

We have to figure out what the maximum amount of characters is that the old mumble client can handle.

There is also a server side limit for text message lengths.

Someone could also investigate the message length limit for Plumble.

Unlike the server side limit (which is announced to the client by the Mumble server on connection) there is no way to know the client side limit from the mumble protocol.

So we might have to stick to some well defined conservative value here.

The client's maximal message length is not determined by text length, but by effective size in drawn html.

Last related fix.
