Get Texas A&M api key (geo coding data)

To Geo-code the data using the Texas A&M Geocoding api, we will need to get the API key. Signing up for the API key on the website does not seem to be working as the sign up form is broken!

Looks like the signup site is working - at least it worked for me. One thing to note: you're initially limited to a fixed number of queries to the API for free and can either pay for more queries or sign up to be a 'partner' in which case you need to let TAMU's Geoservices dept use your logo on their page and link back to them. And you need to manually reload credits if you exceed that number - 2,500 I believe. It's free if you're a partner, but you still have to reload manually.
