Could you please help to consider to keep the embedded-consul for the Windows 10 Home edition user which does not support the Docker?

May be two version, here and testcontainers?

many thanks for your contribution, I'm not in details of testcontainers now and it's really good to know that this change will have drawbacks for some users.
