Automatic import from transit.land

Some valid and up-to-date feeds from https://www.transit.land/ still seem to be missing.
Manual import is currently working fine, but what about some automated script/bot that retrieves missing/newly added feeds?

The reason why we didn't do that in the past is that often feeds need additional metadata to work, for example custom headers, TLS workarounds etc.

We could probably at least have a script that generates a template that you can manually fix until it works properly.
There are also a number of feeds containing calendar / region subsets of the same data, at least in Germany, which would need to be excluded somehow.
