These tests hadn't been running for a long time because no DIGITALOCEAN_TOKEN was configured. A token was introduced recently, causing the tests to run again.

They fail due to an unexpected diff of property storageUsageBytes of the container registry. Example. Hence, they are disabled for the time being.
