docs: fix jwt & kubernetes go examples

Unfortunately, we cannot accept this pull request, as the files edited are autogenerated, and the incorrect example you see is in fact a bug in our codegen when we generate examples.

I'll close this pull request and I've filed pulumi/pulumi#15891 to track this.
