404 Not Found to the full changelog under /releases #1172

Describe the Bug

The url to the "Full Changelog" is broken and returns 404 Not Found. The same url in the CHANGELOG.md works correctly.

The link in the CHANGELOG is https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-firewall/compare/v7.0.1...v7.0.2

The link in under releases is:

https://github.com/puppetlabs-firewall/puppetlabs/compare/bff53bdbc03ad416e3f23d7ad943ebdffb3bd999...v7.0.2

Expected Behavior

The links to work.

Steps to Reproduce

Click the "Full Changelog" link under https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-firewall/releases/tag/v7.0.2.

Additional Context

I think all the "Full Changelog" links are broken, though I only tested a few revs back.
