Hi,
The paper experiments archives include attack_graph_testing_..., scenario_file_... and story_file_... files. Where and how are they generated? Also which part of the atlas.py output represents the detected attack sequences? There are outputs in [[ ]] and others in [([ ])] brackets. I do suspect, one of the [([ ])] outputs would represent some data from a possible attack graph.
