Describe the bug

Negative cost values are being stored in the log of the SciPy Differential Evolution optimiser, instead of the true costs.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Generate a contour or Voronoi plot of any (maximising) design cost with optimisation trace.

Relevant log output

No response
