Report repos where mk did not work as expected

Please link here repositories that you tested and where you were hoping to detect something and it did not.

Keep in mind that for Makefile files, it only lists targets with comments, like foo: ## comment, as not all targets from makefiles are expected to be user-facing.

There is no generic command expose that just runs make without any target, same applies to tox. I did not want to clutter the list of commands and endup with stuff like mk make or mk tox, especially as you can just run those directly. Still, based on what others think this may change in the future.

If you have good arguments for making any change, I am more than happy to hear them. The goal of mk is to help most users, not only myself.

https://github.com/python/cpython - where the Makefile is build by /configure script instead of being hosted in-repo. This will require extending the MakeTools support to make it detect and run the script if needed.
