I can dig out the mails from the breweries. Who did take care over the catering last year? Do we have any contacts? |
I think that might have been Beekeeper, but I wasn't involved much with this. |

I got the drinks from https://ght-shop.ch/. They offer free delivery and take back non-consumed bottles. We got Feldschlösschen Hopfenperle 0.3L last time. The local brewery would be https://craftbier.ch/. Other breweries in the region:

Yes, our secretary would cost something. But I have again two new interns (Severin and Emil) which I "offer for free" (besides my own humble contributions) :-). |

The good thing about the aula is that the space (Foyer) in front of the Aula belongs to the Aula and thus is inclusive. This Aula Foyer can be opened to the Aula (swinging doors). It's also convenient for the catering of the SV Service since they have the fridge room just nearby. |
@sfkeller we would like to evaluate the budget for the catering, with the possibility to let them handle the after party event as well. Can you give us more informations on available services or the address of a contact person? Thanks... |

Do we now by now what it is budget for the catering this year? And do we have space for afterparty? Sorry if those questions were somewhere already answered, I just didn't catch it. Have somebody already assign for organizing it? I could help, but I don't want to do it alone. |

I suggest to start organizing it after we have agreed upon the program, that is next week... |
We have a budget, but it should be reviewed. The most difficult would be in my opinion to estimate the actual number of attendees. But since we are using the HSR on-site catering service, it will be probably easy to scale the catering on the number of attendees. @chiesax Ok. As I wrote I'll be happy to help with it. I'll wait after the budget will be reviewed and we agree upon the program. |
We need someone to organise the catering and the social event.
The person taking over this responsibility should organise coffee, tea and snacks like we had on last year's event (we did that together with HSR's catering). For the social event / afterparty we need drinks/snacks that fit into the budget. Here you'd want to ask the local beverage suppliers in Rapperswil for offers. Last year they were quite eager to give us a good deal, so simply writing some e-mails or calling those companies and picking one would probably suffice.
If you can make it work with the budget, do add some snacks for the afterparty. I think that should be doable.
